Affectionately known as Smellen, here is PDC’s very own Matcha Maker. Ellen’s eye for detail is almost as keen as her love for green tea, matcha and in fact anything Japanese. Ellen is as cool as a cucumber under pressure, and her “go-getter” attitude means that the PDC bar is set very high! Favourite pastime is summer preppin’ down on the beaches of Casuarina.
